You offer two levels of interviewing. What are the differences between the two?

The 1.5 hour interview can cover personal and clinical questions.
Who is this interview for?

  • First-time interviewees

  • Applicants wanting to cover a large variety of personal and clinical questions

  • Applicants with weak interviewing skills who have had failed interview attempts in the past

  • Clients who need more time to address specific questions or interviewing concerns

The 45 minute hour interview can also cover both personal and clinical questions.
Who is this interview for?

  • Applicants who have stronger interviewing skills

  • Clients who wish to target certain questions to obtain feedback

  • Second or third time interviewees

Should I do a video or phone interview?

Video interviews are recommended so that you can receive feedback on your non-verbal cues. You will receive a recording of your mock interview if you choose video interviewing with a compatible application.

Phone interviews are still a great way to practice and obtain feedback on your interviewing skills.

What if I booked with you before but I want to schedule another short interview?

A “mock interview encore” can be provided at a discounted rate. After your initial booking, this service will be made available to you.

Why do you need my resume?

Your resume is needed to provide you with dynamic interview questions that are tailored to your experience, extracurricular activities and educational background.

How soon should I book a mock interview?

The average minimum time you should book an interview (seeing that you’ve already been practicing) is 2-3 weeks before your scheduled interview date. This will give you time to review, practice and schedule an additional interview if needed.

When will I receive my feedback?

Feedback will be given during the interview if requested or needed. Written feedback will be e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours of completion of your mock interview.

I may be in a different time zone. How do I book?

When choosing a time for your appointment, please select your time zone at the top prior to booking!

What if I need to cancel or schedule?

Your confirmation e-mail contains information on how to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You must reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Virtual “no-shows” will be charged for the full service. If you reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $40 fee.
